Who we are
A straightforward approach to a complicated business.
We started Vex Recovery because we believed debt collection could be done better — more professionally, more transparently, and with more respect for everyone involved. The industry has a reputation for aggressive tactics and poor communication. We're not interested in any of that.
Our approach is simple: contact people clearly, explain what they owe and why, and work with them to find a resolution that works. Most people want to resolve their debts. Our job is to make that as easy as possible — for consumers and for the creditors we represent.
