Bank account verification (Plaid)

When you make a payment through our payment portal, we use Plaid Technologies, Inc. ("Plaid") to link your bank account and verify your financial information. By connecting your bank account, you grant Vex Recovery Group LLC and Plaid the right, power, and authority to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your financial institution in order to process your payment.

The information Plaid may access includes your bank account and routing number, account balance, account owner name, and transaction history as needed to complete and verify the transaction. This information is used solely to facilitate your payment — it is not used for any other purpose and is not sold.
